At Softworld, our story began with a simple belief: everyone deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed — regardless of ability. What started as a software company soon became a mission-driven journey to create inclusive digital tools and training for individuals with special needs. We saw the untapped potential in young people on the autism spectrum and others living with disabilities. Too often overlooked in education and employment, these individuals have unique strength s — sharp focus, creativity, persistence — that shine when supported in the right environment.

That’s why we launched Softworld Academy — a safe, structured space where neurodivergent learners can build IT skills, gain confidence, and prepare for meaningful work. And through our supported employment services, we guide them every step of the way — from training and job placement to mentoring and long-term career growth.
