At Softworld, we’ve spent years building technology that empowers people. But over time, one truth stood out clearly—technology alone isn’t enough unless people have the skills to use it. Especially those often left behind in the digital world: individuals with special needs.
That realization led to the birth of Softworld Academy—a first-of-its-kind training hub created specifically to equip individuals with special needs with the tools, confidence, and support they need to succeed in the tech-driven workforce.
We saw the potential in so many neurodivergent learners such as keen attention to detail, unique problem-solving abilities, and creative thinking. Thus, we had to design a space where these talents could shine.
Our Academy provides tailored courses in digital literacy, data entry, quality assurance (QA), web and mobile app testing, and more—all designed with accessibility and individualized support at the core.
Learners get to work on real-world projects that simulate actual industry environments, helping them build practical, job-ready skills.
We introduce students to the power of AI and assistive tools, helping them not only use but also understand how technology can work for them, enhancing communication, productivity, and independence.
Every learner is supported by trained mentors, job coaches, and educators who specialize in working with neurodiverse individuals. We believe in building confidence as much as we build skills.
Through our partnerships with inclusive employers and supported employment services, we guide our students from training to placement, connecting them to meaningful, long-term job opportunities.
Advocate for individuals with special needs, supporting them from their first steps in learning through to long-term employment. We provide regular progress monitoring, and strong legal partnerships to ensure each student protected as they transition into and grow within the workforce.
Softworld Academy is more than a training center. It’s a launchpad for inclusion, a place where young adults with autism, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and other learning differences can discover their strengths, build independence, and take their place in the digital economy. Because everyone deserves a future filled with purpose, growth, and possibility.
